Other locations may have storytimes, but I only know about storytime at this location from going there. It is not listed on their website for some reason.
Lakeshore Learning
Lakeshore has two locations in San Diego County - San Diego and San Marcos. They have free crafts for kids every Saturday. Check out the website to see what the craft is ahead of time.
Pottery Barn Kids
Located in UTC shopping center, PBK has a free storytime every Tuesday at 11am.
